### **USER AGREEMENT**
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is valid for all customers (“User”) using the services provided through www.bambooonline.shop (“Site”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

### **1. GENERAL TERMS**
1.1. All products and services provided through the Site are offered in accordance with current legislation.
1.2. The Site Administrator has the right to change the prices and terms of products and services at any time.

4.1. **Product return or exchange** is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan on consumer rights.
4.2. The product cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- The User takes the product for personal use or damages its original packaging;
- Damage to the product as a result of failure to comply with the rules of use;
- Personal hygiene products, food products and products sold with electronic codes.

### **5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
5.1. The Site is not responsible for direct or indirect damages due to technical failures, delays or non-fulfillment of the order.

6.1. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be initially attempted to be resolved through negotiations.
6.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
